My skin journey began at age 11, when I started to struggle with severe acne. My skin quickly became my biggest insecurity. Acne held me back in so many ways — I would stay home and avoid social events. I wouldn’t leave the house without layers of makeup. I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. After years of suffering with painful breakouts and scarring, I made the life-changing decision to see a dermatologist. For the first time, I was presented with REAL solutions instead of quick fixes. I used a combination of oral medications and potent medical grade topicals to treat my acne. It was a matter of months before I felt like myself again and my confidence was restored. This experience ultimately inspired me to immerse myself in the field of Medical Aesthetics. I am passionate about skin health and I hope to encourage others to embrace self-care practices that nourish the skin from the inside out. I continue to educate myself on new techniques and science-based practices in the aesthetic world. My crave for knowledge in the dynamic ever-changing field of aesthetics allows me to prioritize skin issues and help you on your journey to clearer, healthier skin.
