Consultation and Lab Requirements:

• Initial Consultation Fee: There is a non-refundable $150 consultation fee. This fee covers the initial assessment to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the program.
• Laboratory Tests: Before your consultation, specific lab tests need to be completed if they haven’t been done in the last 6 months. These include TSH, CBC, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Lipid Panel, and Hemoglobin A1C.
